The majority of our operations leaders bring more than 20 years of industry experience, much of it earned in the field. They understand what it takes to execute at a high level because they’ve done the work themselves. That practical experience influences how we plan our work, lead our teams, solve problems, and communicate with our customers.
That experience is grounded in a culture that has been built over decades. Sun State would not be the company it is today without the vision and leadership of our founder, Paul Kassab. Paul’s commitment to quality, his investment in people, and his belief in delivering more than what is simply required—what he has long called “Good Measure”—will always be part of our DNA.
As we enter our next chapter, we’re fortunate that Paul will continue to help guide Sun State as Chairman of our Board. We will continue building on the foundation he established—combining the relationships, field expertise, and high standards that have defined Sun State for decades with continued investment in our people, technology, training, and capabilities.
