Liz has served as an Administrative Assistant at Sun State Nursery since December 2024, playing a key role in welcoming new team members. She manages walk-in job applications, guides new employees through the onboarding process, and helps make sure every new hire starts off informed and prepared.
As a bilingual English/Spanish translator, Liz bridges communication between Management and Field personnel, including translating monthly Safety Meetings into Spanish so every crew member understands key safety information. She also supports day-to-day administrative operations, processing daily reports, purchase orders, irrigation reports, and chemical applications.
